Through coaching from experienced colleagues as well as training & development sessions in everything from SaaS, the industry, and of course everything sales-related.
The training doesn't stop after your initial onboarding - throughout your trainee program, you'll constantly be challenged and mentored by senior leaders.
We believe that you:Bring a winning attitude, high energy, and an owner's mentalityAre prestigeless, humble, and friendly :) leadership experience is a plusAre curious about the SaaS industry and have previous experience within sales or service of any kindHave great communication skills and are ambitious with a hunger for successHave a university degree (or similar) and have excelled in either work, sports, or extracurricular activitiesAre fluent in English and Spanish.
