The training doesn't stop after your initial onboarding - throughout your trainee program, you'll constantly be challenged and mentored by senior leaders.
We believe that you:Bring a winning attitude, high energy, and an owner's mentality.Are prestigeless, humble, and friendly :) Leadership experience is a plus.Are curious about the SaaS industry and have previous experience within sales or service of any kind.Have great communication skills and are ambitious with a hunger for success.Have a university degree (or similar) and have excelled in either work, sports, or extracurricular activities.Are fluent in English and Italian.
