Job Description


We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaker Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales Team based in Barcelona, Spain!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the benefits of studying abroad (perhaps you have done it yourself), loves travel, and will be able to provide guidance and reassurance to our customers - to help them decide on the most suitable study options.
Reporting to the B2C Sales Manager, you will operate the daily international sales operations for your students and deal with their admissions. You will be working with direct clients in close cooperation with Customer Care, Student Support, and Summer camps teams. You will be expected to meet and exceed individual and team targets through your sales activities. We are looking for people with a consultative sales approach, based on establishing customer needs and providing products to match them.

Qualifications Relevant experience in a sales department, ideally in the travel & tourism industry or in language educationProfessional knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSpanish level required (C1/C2) with very high English. Other languages are a plusAbility to prioritize effectively and to work with deadlinesExperience of dealing with a high volume of leadsExcellent written & verbal communicationAbility to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in the language required and EnglishResilient and consistent, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goalsPersonal Characteristics Outstanding selling attitudeGoal orientedAbility to articulate goals and assign timelinesOutstanding organisational skillsExcellent written & verbal communicationAbility to work independently and in a teamPositive thinker & flexible What we will offer you: This is a full-time, permanent position offering:
