International Sales Executive - Laser Radar Technologies

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional with strong technical knowledge in laser radar technologies or related fields. This individual will be responsible for developing and closing sales in international markets, particularly in EMEA, and will play a key role in identifying opportunities and building strategic relationships with potential clients in sectors such as automotive, infrastructure management, aerospace, advanced manufacturing and civil engineering. Responsibilities Develop consultative sales strategies to identify, engage, and close opportunities in target markets (EU/EMEA). Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs and demonstrating the value and specific applications of laser radar products. Operate and showcase the products at a technical level to potential clients, with the support of the product engineering team when needed. Manage a long and technical sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, maintaining constant communication and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate closely with marketing and technical support teams to ensure the necessary resources and data are provided to support the sales process. Manage and keep the CRM updated with the tracking of opportunities, sales, and leads. Achieve closed sales targets and KPIs for generated leads, identified new opportunities, and orders. Qualifications At least 6-8 years of experience in selling complex technical products, ideally in laser radar technology, lidar, measurement equipment, or similar advanced hardware. Proven experience in consultative sales and business development in international markets, preferably in the European Union. Deep technical knowledge in laser radar technology and the ability to communicate technical concepts in an understandable way for different customer profiles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients and partners. Strong organizational skills and operational efficiency, with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. Experience with CRM tools and other sales technologies. Advanced level of English (ALTE-4/C1), with additional languages being a plus. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, International Business, Business Management or a related field. Desired Competencies: Proactive attitude, results-oriented, with analytical skills to solve technical and sales challenges. Ability to work independently as well as in a team with other departments (marketing, engineering). Flexibility to travel internationally as per client requirements. Technical education in fields relevant to the product, like Physics, Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, etc. will be valued.
