International Sales DirectorLegal Cannabis Industry.Working for one of the largest and most well-known cannabis seedbanks in Europe!Location: Barcelona - 5 days a week in their City Centre Office is requiredCompany Overview:Our client is one of the fastest-growing vertically integrated cannabis seed bank companies in Europe. They oversee every stage from breeding to selling, ensuring top-quality, stable & sustainable genetics and seeds for their customers. They have been established for over 10 years, have more than 25 employees, and are one of the main players in the cannabis seed market.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts across the US, Europe, UK, and emerging markets. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who can drive revenue growth while managing and developing a high-performing sales team. A big part of your role will be to set up new sales processes and systems, for an existing sales team, including creating a formal sales strategy. You will manage four sales reps, and report into the CEO.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Own the sales channel, responsible for its P&L, and consistently achieve financial objectives.Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and market share in targeted regions.Strategic Planning: Implement both short-term and long-term growth plans.Data-Driven Decisions: Review and analyze sales records and reports to project sales, determine profitability, and identify potential new markets.Client Relations: Negotiate contracts, discuss prices and sales agreements, and establish long-term relationships with customers.Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of 4+ members, monitoring and evaluating their performance.Incentive Programs: Run incentive programs for distribution partners.CRM Management: Track CRM activities and hold regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company targets.Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director to optimize lead generation, trade marketing programs, and new sales opportunities.Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market characteristics to detect business opportunities.Structure and Process: Create formal sales processes and structuresRequirements:At least 5 years of sales experienceMust have experience in either the Cannabis Industry, Alcohol Industry, Tobacco Industry, or FMCG IndustryHappy to travel if the need arisesExperience in managing peopleConversational English neededMust be able to get to their Office in Barcelona 5 days a week.Compensation:Salary up to 50,000 - 75,000 Euros depending on experienceCommission structure / Bonus for sales performancePaid Travel to events all over EuropeAll legal Spanish benefitsIf this role sounds interesting to you and you would like more information, then please apply through this site or email me at ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
