RESPONSIBILITIESPartnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners around Europe to identify and understand key requirements to build a comprehensive recruiting strategy.Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more.Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System.A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUYou're passionate about recruiting and matching people with opportunities. REQUIREMENTSMin 1+ years of recruiting experience.Proficiency in English and in French and/or German. Other European languages will be appreciated.Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.A proficient user of recruitment systems.Good networking and coaching, passion and acumen for client's business.Self-motivation, strong time management, and organizational skills.Interpersonal and communication skills.WHAT WE CAN OFFERInternational team: we are a team of recruiters of different nationalities and based in different locations. The majority of the team sits in Poland, but we also have colleagues in Italy, UK, and South Africa! We love the diversity! Although we work remotely, we interact on a daily basis via video calls and chat. We have twice weekly video team meetings.Working closely with Hiring Managers: one of our values is "Know your business". We want to be experts and we want to understand what we do as a company and why it matters. In this role you will work closely with Hiring Managers - you will be their go-to person for recruitment, their advisor - no additional intermediaries, no information filtered by somebody else. You would be acting as a Recruitment Projects Manager.Getting involved in interesting projects: we are continuous improvement oriented. We work in project teams on improving processes, tools and establishing best practices.
