Through our commitment to industry expertise, cultural knowledge and partner-led search execution, we deliver exceptional value to our clients.PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATEWithin the organization, with the objective of driving our growth, we are looking to hire a Research Consultant in Madrid. The main objective of this person will be the management, end-to-end, of the recruitment process with different clients for executive profiles.We are looking for an agile and hands-on professional, with a strategic approach and ownership mentality as well as team-oriented vision to solve specific client needs.RESPONSIBILITIESConducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and key players.Headhunting - Conduct in-depth active research on potential candidates for senior-level positions, including executive positions and board positions.Create job descriptions about different roles and brief candidates regarding the company, responsibilities, salary, and job benefits.Conducting phone, virtual and onsite interviews with candidates.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to client (CV presentations, shortlists, background check reports, follow up reports, etcBuild long-term relationships with clients and accompany Partners in weekly client's meetings by presenting suitable candidates.Requesting references and checking the suitability of the candidates before submitting their details to the clientNegotiating salary condition with the candidates in final stagesFollowing up clients and placed candidates during and after the onboarding process.Work on improving internal processes through innovative ideas.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's and/or Master's degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources or similar. MBA or PhD will be a plus.1-2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in consulting or Executive Search companies.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean SearchPrevious experience with an ATS is a plus Fluent in Spanish and English. French or German are a plus.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesKEY COMPETENCESProactivityTolerance to frustrationGoal orientedEffective communicationHighly Organised
