Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; fluency in a third language is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
