We are looking forA driven and passionate International Recruiter (m/f/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our team on a global level.Your role in BizAwayCollaborate with Hiring Managers for BizAway's worldwide recruitment.Be in charge of CV screening and maintaining the recruitment database.Conduct interviews by phone, via video call, or face-to-face.Research and headhunt passive candidates through various channels, job boards, and LinkedIn recruiter.Communicate with candidates during every step of the recruiting process.Manage job openings on our ATS, monitoring and reporting progress to the team leader.Act as a tutor and collaborator for Hiring Managers, advising on company culture and interviewing techniques.Prepare negotiations and job offers for candidates.Collaborate with external vendors and provide feedback to their candidates.Work with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to set priorities and hiring strategies.Participate in company events (job fairs, career days, conferences, team buildings, etc).Your Basic QualificationsExperience of a minimum of 2-4 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.Experience with LinkedIn recruiter.Advanced computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, Google Workplace Suite, ATS, etc.Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize important projects.Ability to communicate kindly and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.Excellent English level, verbal and written, is mandatory.We are also interested inKnowledge of Spanish, Italian, or any other language will be considered a plus.Previous experience in recruiting Sales and Software Engineers.A digital mindset to improve processes and manage projects.Previous experience in ambitious and international start-ups or scale-ups.A hunger attitude and proactive approach.Our offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.Attractive Compensation, Including Equity In The CompanyDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisions.Multicultural and international team.Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn.Free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together
