Based in our Calafell office, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle and manage the successful recruitment (quality, speed, cost, and diversity of end-to-end pipeline) for appointments and approximately 350 external positions per annum in Europe.TasksWork with HR Business Partner to establish recruiting requirements and meet with hiring managers to identify needs.Determine applicant requirements by having thorough intake meetings with the hiring manager.Attract applicants by placing jobs on job sites and through direct search.Determine applicant suitability by interviewing applicants and arranging testing where appropriate.Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging, etc.Coordinate interview feedback and where applicable, arrange an external assessment.Prepare weekly update reports on the status of job search for the hiring manager.Complete recruitment team dashboard and reports on KPI.Develop, implement, and maintain the HR Recruitment process.Develop and implement HR Branding (within the scope of recruitment).In the talent management process framework, interview and participate in the assessment and identification of development needs for talent.RequirementsStrong expertise in direct search and in recruiting via Social Media (LinkedIn, mainly).Fluent in English.Business Acumen.Creating and reporting HR KPIs related to Recruitment.Eye for detail.Strong planning organizational skills.Expert in data management and ATS systems.Experience in creating and implementing an employer branding strategy is an asset.BenefitsThe opportunity to work in a fast-growing e-commerce organization and assist in creating a truly international group with high growth ambitions.The chance to be part of a young, dynamic, and committed team.
