In this International Purchasing Coordinator role, you will ensure the timely delivery of raw materials (essential oils & aroma chemicals) and getting the necessary documentation in order to immediately enter it into the warehouse.What you'll do:Manage the importations from all over the world and order confirmations and related documentation (including Certificate of Analysis)Manage and follow up internal processes for the Product Manager and for the Purchasing Team, including internal homologationsDirect follow up with suppliers documentation inquiriesSupport to the purchaser when needed on the purchase procedures, ask for offers, enter data on the system operational communications with suppliers when the purchase is done and follow-upRegister samples and prices in the systemSupport the Product Manager in daily tasks, including when the Product Manager is out of the officeWhat you'll bring:Experience in international trading and importationExperience using an ERP systemProficiency in English & SpanishOrganizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersWhat you'll get:An excellent onboarding and training experience.
