A skilled and agile project manager with business acumen.Your responsibilities; Client Management Immersing yourself in the client's brand and offering while ensuring clients understand agreed workflows and managing them through processesIdentifying training requirements and opportunities for clients to ensure their adherence to processes and improving workflowSetting and managing client expectations concerning deliverables and time framesEscalating all serious client issues to your line manager immediately and recommending solutions wherever possibleBuilding strong day-to-day relationships with all clients and agency stakeholdersDemonstrating the ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations, and reports that are tailored to each brand, style, preference, knowledge, and experienceProviding weekly status reports to clients (or at intervals pre-agreed with the client), accompanied by meetings and calls as per client needsProviding agendas and detailed contact reports following all client meetingsProduction Management Responsibilities Co-ordinating between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast prod, Digital, social media dept, etc.)
