International Product Manager - Sector Dermocosmética

International dermocosmetic company, B Corp certified, is looking for an INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT MANAGER at its corporate headquarters in Barcelona.Being part of the Corporate Marketing Area, and reporting to the Oral Care Business Unit Director, the mission is ensuring a coherent marketing strategy in all countries and influence the internationalization of the business.Functions:Design, develop and implement the strategy and marketing plans and expand it to different countries.Develop the product category with a focus on innovation. Manage the life cycle of the category under his/her responsibility.Identify new business opportunities and develop new products.Analyze the market reality and trends / position the products under his/her responsibility.Elaborate, control and manage the budget.Support the sales teams.Requirements:Dynamic, enthusiastic, and energetic person. Good communication and relationship skills; Innovation and Business oriented; Proactive and with the initiative to contribute criteria in his/her area. Hands-on and Strategy mindset balance.Education: University Degree.Languages: Spanish and C1 English minimum.At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.Experience with Oral Care products is a plus.
