The OpportunityCarolina Herrera is seeking a Makeup Product Manager to join their Marketing Team in Barcelona.
What you'll get to doConduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovationsParticipate on ideating concepts for new launches (visual moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design etc.)Ensure smooth communication with agencies: mock-ups and design creationSupport the teams during all steps of innovation development and validation meetingsCoordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, e-tailing, POS, training materials, activation)Participate in briefs elaboration for service providers, production companies and external creative teams.Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-productionFollow-up of campaign optimization and retouchesGuarantee deadlines and project planningWe'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: ideally 2-3 years of experience Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or FashionLanguages: English mandatory, Spanish or French would be a plusStrong Knowledge in makeup axeSkills
