The Opportunity We are actively seeking a Temporary Product Manager to join our esteemed Carolina Herrera Fragrance team based in Barcelona. This is a temporary position, offering a unique opportunity to be part of our team during a pivotal period for the Bad Boy Fragrance line. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development of Bad Boy Fragrances, overseeing captivating campaigns, and reporting directly to the General Product Manager.

What you'll get to do Marketing & Product Development Conduct thorough market and trend analyses, as well as competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations. Collaborate on conceptualizing new launches, contributing to visual moodboards, concept research, naming, packaging ideas, and design. Ensure seamless communication with agencies for mock-ups and design creation. Provide support throughout the innovation development and validation processes, coordinating with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, e-tailing, POS, training materials, activation). Content creation Contribute to briefing documents for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams. Oversee the entire process of photo shootings, from preparation to post-production. Manage campaign optimization and retouches, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project planning. We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar position. Education: University Degree or Master's in Business School with a specialization in Marketing or Design. Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English; Spanish or French proficiency would be a plus. Skills: Creative mindset with a keen sensitivity to the Fashion and Beauty industry. Strong team spirit and collaborative approach. Exceptional project management, analytical, and organizational skills. Flexibility and reactivity to adapt to evolving project needs.
