If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, we'd love to have you on our team!Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:* Developing communication plans that support the global Neuromodulation business strategy.* Driving high-impact public relations, media relations initiatives.* Serving as the "hub" for International communications, ensuring global strategies are localized effectively across regions outside the United States.* Developing and executing engaging internal communication strategies that align employees with business priorities and foster a strong organizational culture.* Planning and supporting communications for events, including conferences, congresses, town halls, etc.* Serving as a key lead on the Neuromodulation Communications team, providing strategic insights and driving flawless execution of programs and product launches.* Serving as part of the NM International Leadership team, supporting leadership communication and activities.* Developing and executing of proactive reputation-building initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.* Creating and coordinating the production and strategic channel deployment of high-value content.* Tracking, measuring and reporting on communications effectiveness.* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across diverse cultural contexts, ensuring cohesive communication efforts that address both global and regional needs.Required Knowledge and Experience:* Bachelor's degree (or International equivalent); advanced degree preferred.* Minimum 7 years of experience in a communications role with expertise in both external and internal communications or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in at least two additional languages
