You have at least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Finnish payroll processes.You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.Nice to have Finnish labour law knowledge (collective agreements).You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels.You're fluent in Finnish and English.You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.Which tasks can you expect?
