International Payroll Specialist

If you consider yourself a flexible and innovative person and you are passionate about serving people, we have an opportunity for you at our headquarters in Barcelona as an International Payroll Specialist your mission will be to manage employee payroll, making sure that they are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Be in charge of all administrative processes related to personnel management, dealing with all types of situations arising from the employment relationship with the worker, all in compliance with current labor legislation, collective agreements, individual agreements and internal policies and procedures. You will be responsible for: International HR Management Complete payroll process of assigned countries Legal (contact with our lawyers, responsible for disciplinary proceedings, legal advice to managers and HR BP, ensuring the correct application of the legislation in force in the different countries...) Contact with employees to resolve labor doubts Contact with finance area (audits, payment follow-up, accounting balances) Area Reporting You're the candidate we're looking for if... Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, HR or similar. 3-4 years of experience in a similar position/role. Fluent in English and Spanish Other languages (French, Italian and/or German) are a plus Initiative, proactivity, desire to contribute and add to the team What do we offer you? 4-Day Workweek: We work 34 hours in a 4-day workweek to encourage creativity and work-life balance.
