Our International Payroll Team offers end-to-end services for the German payroll.
They support our international clients who are not based in Germany, but do have a smaller amount of German employees.
To further support them in the local market, we are looking for an International Payroll Consultant.

What do you have to offer?
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (e.g.
in a customer support role or similar).
Experience in payroll/ HR will give you a headstart.

An excellent knowledge of English and German , both written and spoken.
Any other language knowledge is an asset.
A strong interest in payroll and socio-legal matters and wanting to work in an international B2B environment.
Customer-oriented mindset & strong communication skills.

An analytical mind and handy with software applications.
Able to work in an accurate way.

Which task can you expect?
Preparing, checking and following up the foreign payroll with mainly foreign contacts.
Execution and follow-up of the administrative obligations specific to the customer.
Advising the customer on administrative, payroll and legal questions, with the necessary support from our experts.
Building a solid relationship with your customer.
Optimizing processes and tools we work with.
After a training period of several months, you will have the opportunity to regularly work from home and/or from a local satellite office.
