MISSION: The International Mobility Admin is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's global mobility programs. This role involves coordinating international assignments, relocations, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and tax regulations. The International Mobility Manager will work closely with SP, PDP, RPM, FPM, PDP, Security, and Legal teams to provide a coordinated and seamless experience for employees moving internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Mobility Program Management: Execute, Improve, Develop and Manage the company's global mobility policies and programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and all compliance requirements.
Assignment Coordination: Coordinate international assignments, including short-term and long-term relocations, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and their families.
Immigration and Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and other legal requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as relocation service providers, immigration consultants, and tax advisors.
Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Cost Management: Monitor and manage the costs associated with international assignments, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
Policy Compliance and Development: Develop and update global mobility policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on global mobility activities, trends, and metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with all levels of the organization.
English C1 - Fluent.
