We are currently looking to hire an International Markets Associate Director. The main mission will be to ensure the achievement of the set objectives through the implementation of the company's international marketing and sales strategy, ensuring the effective management of the sales area while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures and those of the respective countries.
Specific Functions: Participate in the development and ensure the implementation and compliance with the approved International Commercial Plan, in line with the Company's policies and procedures.Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives across all company subsidiaries.Manage and allocate the expense and investment budget, monitoring it to prevent deviations and maximize profitability.Participate in the development of the commercial strategy, as well as in the execution of promotional activities for the assigned product(s), ensuring compliance.Participate in the development and implementation of the Sales Network Incentive and Rewards Plan.Supervise and monitor sales performance and results, establishing contingency plans in case of significant deviations, in collaboration with the Associate International Sales Director.Analyze sales reports and participate in decision-making together with the Marketing and Sales Management.Identify and analyze needs and opportunities for improvement, developing and promoting action plans to ensure continuous improvement within your area of responsibility.Ensure alignment and collaboration between Marketing and Sales in both the countries and HQ, establishing joint action plans to create synergies.Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Attend and participate in work teams, conferences, and events at both local and international levels.Inspire, mobilize, and motivate your team, while also developing and implementing training plans or other initiatives (e.g., Loyalty Plan) to enhance their performance and optimize results.Ensure that the company's product promotion activities are conducted in accordance with the EFPIA HCP Code.Manage Switzerland as Country Head.Job Requirements: Bachelor's DegreeFluent English levelMinimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles
