International M&A Intern

We are currently looking for a  International M&A Intern ,  based in  Madrid, for 6 months (extendable).
Mission: To integrate M&A International department, replacement of the current intern.
Responsibilities Sector and Strategic Research: conduct research to identify new market and target opportunities and analyse sector trends and dynamics.
Documentation: contribute to key documents and preapre presenations for managemenet.
Strategic Analysis: participate in discussions around acquisition and integration strategies, offering insights on key decisions.
Financial Analaysis Support: support in preparing detailed financial models and contribute to valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedents transactions).
Document Management: maintain a SharePoint site to centralize and organize all documents.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics on-going.
Current university degree on-going and available to sign intership agreement.
Fluent english is a must.
French or spanish will be a plus.
Skills in MS Office (focus on Excel and PowerPoint) Availabilty for 6 months (that period can be extendable) Conditions: Integration in a multinational company Package according to a scolarship
