In This role, you'll have the opportunity to drive and enable several initiatives and you will be an integral part of Ravago's People & Culture team.Opportunity Developing People & Culture Best Practices: You'll oversee the development of our digital platform, Empowering Ravago employees to assess their skills, acquire new competencies, and explore diverse career paths; Crafting and Updating Job Profiles: Utilizing your profound understanding of the Ravago Job Architecture, you'll design and refine job profiles to meet both current and future business needs.Create job descriptions, Create job clusters and family groups and finalize job title alignment. Serving as a Center of Excellence: Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you'll ensure alignment and consistency in career paths, competencies, and roles within the Ravago ecosystem.This role is a key contributor to our People & Culture team, reporting to the US People & Culture Leader.You'll collaborate closely with senior P&C members and contribute to significant transformation projects ensuring the application of JAD principles.
