Introduction to the role The International HR Generalist is a newly created role with the purpose of supporting the existing People Operations team with all administrative and logistical tasks across all People topics (recruitment, onboarding, employee life-cycle changes, training & development, performance reviews, compensation & benefits, information system updates, etc.).
The People team is currently composed of 3 People business partners (whom you'll be working with on a daily basis and who are responsible for the day-to-day relations with employees in our different offices worldwide) and one People director (whom you will be reporting to and who is responsible for all People matters and policies across the company).
Main responsibilities As International HR Generalist, you will be supporting the People Operations team and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: Administration of human resources: Coordinating the recruitment process & conducting employee onboarding for our 9 offices.
Putting together and publishing job advertisements.
Collecting personal information & documents from future employees.
Drafting and sending employment contracts.
Supporting the constitution of files for immigration processes.
Updating the newcomers' information package and employee handbook.
Coordinating new comers' onboardings.
Maintaining employee files and records.
Assisting with the payroll preparation in different countries (NL, FR especially and support for all others when needed in relation with the local office managers).
Checking invoices for correctness of charges (pension plan, healthcare plan, etc.)
and charging the appropriate Green Giraffe entities.
Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
People development projects: Conducting research to ensure compliance with different country labour regulations.
Updating our HR information systems (Talentsoft, Lucca and Recruitee).
Supporting the management of the company-wide performance management cycle (organisation of campaigns and analysis).
Organizing training & development initiatives.
Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies and ensuring they are always up to date in the employee handbook.
Gathering and analysing data with useful HR metrics for reporting
