The role: International HR and Office Administrator W/M
Your responsibilities:
Support administratively and operationally Ekkiden in the following countries: Spain, France, Germany, and Switzerland.
Run and ensure a smooth on-/offboarding process: manage contracts and administration, create accesses, order and send material to newcomers, coordinate with IT department for tech equipment, keep the organigram up to date, organize welcome meetings and remain available to answer questions of future joiners or leavers.
Respond to employees' queries.
Be the main point of contact for office management duties including maintenance, mailing, internal communications, supplies and stationery, equipment, bills, manage correspondence and packages.
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and update our Furniture Planner.
Support the organization of company events such as trainings, workshops, team buildings, breakfasts, trips, afterworks, etc.
Ensure that our coworking is appropriate and look for new spaces if needed.
Help to update and maintain Company's policies; adapt office procedures to Covid-19 situation.
Participate in different HR initiatives and engagement activities and perform other administrative support tasks.

You are fluent in French and English. Spanish or German are a plus!
