The Journey Starts in Galicia, Spain
This 21-month program is designed for engineers eager to step out of their comfort zones and embrace international assignments. From Spain, you'll relocate to one of our client's global hubs in Canada, the US, or South Africa, working across diverse engineering fields and gaining valuable hands-on experience.
What You'll Experience
Year 1
- Onboarding: Start with 3 months of intensive local and global onboarding.
- International Assignment: Spend 9 months tackling real-world projects at an international site (Canada, the US, or South Africa).
- First Job Rotation: Immerse yourself in a critical business function.
- Innovation Project: Get hands-on with a cutting-edge tech project.
Year 2
- Continued International Assignment: Deepen your expertise over another 9+ months abroad.

Requirements
Responsibilities
In this program,
- You'll be working closely with personnel at all levels to become a subject matter expert in departmental products and processes,
- Installing and maintaining system BOM's & Routers for all products,
- Supporting projects, as assigned, to help develop new products and/or processes,
- Participating in the APQP process, approving new products and processes,
- Supporting in modification of processes and products,
- Planning and supervising the correct course of the statistical process control,
- Working together with all the peers and customers,
- Engaging and leading lean manufacturing activities focused on Visual Factory, streamlined material flow, waste reduction, and inventory minimization,
- Generating and executing continuous improvement projects targeted to reduce waste, improve product quality, and increase efficiency,
- Maintaining documented standards systems for the department,
- Developing and conducting technical training for the furnace team as required for safe and effective operation,
- Assume a leading role in process improvement as well as coordinating quality and cost-reduction efforts
