We are seeking an International Enrolment & Events Officer to join our friendly and dynamic International Enrolment Team.

Your Role As an IE and Events Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the International Enrolment team and ensuring the smooth operation of admissions and enrolment processes.
You will assist with event management, admissions support, and pipeline management, providing exceptional service to prospective students, guests, and stakeholders.You will support recruitment teams by responding promptly to admissions-related inquiries throughout the applicant lifecycle and processing applications for all programmes.
Working closely with the IE Officers LRM and IE Manager, you will ensure service level agreements are met and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Through your efforts, you will help drive a culture of exceptional customer service, cultivating relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Additionally, you will play an essential role in organizing Sommet Education Open Days, new student arrivals, campus visits, and other enrolment-focused events.
You will provide a five-star experience to all potential candidates and guests, reflecting the high standards of hospitality our schools prepare students for.
By supporting the applicant pipeline and collaborating with recruitment teams, you will help progress opportunities and increase conversion rates.
Organise and deliver open days, student arrivals, campus visits, and bespoke events.
Provide logistical support for events, ensuring materials and communications are well-prepared.
Manage the applicant pipeline, including document collection and follow-ups to accelerate progress.
Support and deliver the organization of regional open days, ICF, and bespoke events.
Collaborate with recruitment and enrolment teams to ensure timely application processing.
Provide administrative support, pipeline management, and applicant engagement.
Participate in high school fairs and other enrolment-focused activities as required.
About you Degree educated, ideally in Hospitality or a related field, with at least two years of customer service experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel at multitasking and thrive in a dynamic environment
