What will you do? The International Regional Director of Operations is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the operations of all the Hotels (assets) of the assigned geographical area. The regional director of operations is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through providing effective methods and strategies. Leads, directs and manages the daily hotel operations (via hotel director) but not limited to hotel yearly budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, managing reviewsperformance, implementing and complying with company policies and standards
