Your responsibilities and impact as a customer experience specialist will be: Responding to inbound calls to answer customer inquiries or placing ordersCompleting order entry and coordinating product shipments to customers by resisting and collecting updated documentationProviding support and resolving customer issuesCollaborating with internal and external entities Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak Dutch/Flemish on a native levelYou have a business proficiency level of EnglishYou live or are willing to relocate to GreeceYou are motivated and committed to your workYou have excellent communication and listening skillsYou are a team player and you are willing to work with many other nationalities What's in it for you?
