However, it is necessary that you have an affinity for software and strongly believe in technology.
Knowledge or experience in the HR domain is a plus, but not a must.These words describe you: analytical mindset, logical thinking, ownership, proactive, initiative, flexibility, social character, self-structured, collaborative, communicative (you are comfortable speaking to stakeholders at different levels).You have a master's degree or equivalent by experience.You have an excellent knowledge of English.
Knowledge of any other European language is a major asset.You have a passion for customer experience and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
