About the Role We are looking for an International Communications Manager with experience in agencies or communication departments. We are looking for a motivated professional, with a 360º vision of communication and willing to work on different projects, focused on management of sports and entertainment events. This person will be a global contact point for local markets communications departments. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee local markets' communications activity. Set up a workflow with the countries to ensure the brand narrative, image and positioning abroad is coherent and aligned. Create and update communication materials to feed the markets. Develop brand narrative and communications matrix and ensure its proper local execution. Organize PR events (press conferences, round tables, shootings, press trips...) along with the global team. Work with the content and digital team globally to create stories in different formats and establish the distribution strategy on different platforms. Crisis management. Support the Chief Communications Officer in the overarching communications strategy. Manage reports and analyze the results of each action. Requirements 7+ years of experience, ideally working at multinationals and/or startups. Studies in Communication, Journalism or Public Relations. International experience running multicountry campaigns. Excellent writing and copy editing skills. Ability to create presentations and visual documents for both reporting and internal plans. Strong experience in project management, with the ability to set up, manage and deliver on several projects at the same time. Used to working with freelancers and vendors, and meeting deadlines. Analytical person, able to evaluate the results of actions and change or adapt plans if necessary. Person who likes and adapts to working in a team, with other colleagues in the team and with other departments. Previous experience in an agency, communication department or media office. Proactive, autonomous and organized person who faces a project with energy and passion and is able to work on different projects at the same time under pressure. Commitment and dedication to achieve the objectives of the team and the company. Restless person, who is up to date with new trends and current affairs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
