International Commissioning/Service Engineer As an International Commissioning/Service Engineer at EAE Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and support of our cutting-edge sorting systems across the globe. You'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service to our clients, enabling them to optimize their intralogistics operations.Your position:On-Site Support:Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to client sites worldwide for system installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technicians, and customers, to ensure seamless system integration.PLC Programming:Possess in-depth knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming, specifically tailored for intralogistics systems.Develop, modify, and debug PLC code to optimize system performance, enhance functionality, and address client-specific requirements.Software Configuration:Configure and customize software components of our sorting systems to meet client needs.Collaborate with software development teams to implement enhancements and updates.Technical Expertise:Conduct system diagnostics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.Provide technical training to clients and internal teams on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including service reports, spare parts usage, and system modifications.Collaborate with project managers to update project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.Customer Relationship Management:Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to intralogistics and sorting systems.Propose enhancements to existing systems and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the intralogistics industry.Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, or similar platforms).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in diverse cultural environments.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to varying work schedules.We offer:Based on your knowledge and talent, a competitive salary (based on 40 hours)Exposure to cutting-edge technology and global projectsOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement#J-18808-Ljbffr
