WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The International Campus Team - Recruiting Assistant's main tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the IESE/ESADE/EI team in the organization and logistics of international recruitment campaigns.
Prepare and participate in interview days, marketing, and recruiting events for IESE/ESADE/EI and other MBA students (interviews on campus, cocktails, coffee chats, presentations, etc.) with the respective Campus(es) Lead(s).
Utilize BCG platforms to create and manage events.
Answer and manage general questions in the group mailbox.
Help in supporting BCG Consultants currently studying at IESE/ESADE/EI and other MBAs: provide logistical help and answer general questions.
Prepare and attend the international interview days on campuses and provide onsite help.
Track alumni and perform general/ad hoc analyses on recruiting activities and the pool.
Manage the regional recruiting knowledge management platform (EGNYTE/SharePoint).
Consolidate and update information and documents for IESE/ESADE/EI topics.
Ensure correct user access level.
The role may require the ability to travel occasionally to support the various recruiting activities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):
Master or Bachelor degree.
Previous experience in an international environment.
Previous experience in recruiting and event management is a plus.
Fluent English required; fluent Spanish is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PPT).
YOU'LL WORK WITH:
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
