Due to keep developing our international expansion, we need to recruit an experienced Brand Manager to lead our international strategy. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer.If you feel you suit the role and the challenges that come with the position, and if you want to make things happen, this is your opportunity.What You'll Be DoingDefine and implement, together with the CMO, the annual brand plan for each region, adapting existing content and creating additional pieces to the local calendar.Define an efficient marketing mix strategy that ensures the brand objectives. Design best in class digital media strategies to achieve brands' business objectives, constantly looking for efficiencies, ensuring harmony between online & offline.Work with the whole marketing team to develop market-leading campaign calendars designed to drive engagement across the entire funnel, from brand awareness through to retention.End-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, e.G.: Local store marketing, Events, Emailing.Owe the tone of voice and style guides of the brand and adapt global campaigns to local specificities and culture, ensuring a coherent storytelling.Social media accounts management. Planning, producing, and supervising visual content to be used.Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy, aligned with the brand identity.Managing the marketing budget and reporting on KPIs for all the marketing activities in each region.Understanding customer behavior to create data-driven stories and content to drive conversion.Support purchasing team in negotiations with main partners and suppliers.What You'll Need5+ years of creative experience in B2C marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in food service market).Extensive experience developing stories and compelling content to drive conversion.The ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.To be a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment.Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
