This team plays a vital role in consolidating and reporting financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across our diverse international organization.We value work-life balance, so please only apply if you're based within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone.What you'll do...Posting and managing of all accounting transactions for 5 to 6 foreign subsidiaries of WorkMotion Group worldwideEnsure applying the financial standards (GAAP & IFRS) based on the country regulations and manage statuary reportingManaging the internal and external AuditsManaging timely bank payments and bank reconciliationManaging the receivables and payablesHandling monthly and annual closingsEnsure local financial complianceHandling intercompany transactions, postings and reconciliationCooperating closely with local tax advisors to process tax payments and returnsCooperating closely with local payroll provider/ payroll team to process the salary payments.What we're looking for...At least 5 years of work experience as an International AccountantExperience with managing the accounting of multiple entities in different destinationsStrong attention to details and good analytical skillsExperience in being responsible comprehensively for accounting of one or more small or mid size entitiesExperience in filing VAT monthly advance tax returnsExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and proceduresHands-on experience with accounting software (experience with Oracle Netsuite is a plus)Good MS Excel and G sheets skillsExcellent English skills, other language is a plusWhat we offer...As a remote and distributed team, you can do your best work from anywhere you are the happiestTrust-based work – organize your own schedule.
