Your Role
As Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Digital Sales Chanel.
This position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and existing accounts, supporting the overall sales campaign and business development efforts.
As an ideal candidate, you should excel in navigating the dynamic world of social platforms and possess a tech-savvy mindset.
Your proficiency in online strategies will contribute significantly to elevating Atlas Copco's digital presence. If you're passionate about social media and comfortable with the technical side of things, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Proactively identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and social media.
Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects and customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products / services.
Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target market and strategic goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support in the sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiation and finalization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new offerings and market trends.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, qualification, and sales targets.
Launch and / or monitor Sales campaigns.
Any other duties as directed by management.
To succeed, you will need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
E-commerce business acumen.
CRM experience expected (SalesForce preferred).
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Good command of SAP and Microsoft Skills
Social media and tech enthusiast
Passionate about continuous learning and training
Fluent in French and / or Spanish language and English, written and spoken, (3rd language appreciated)
University degree in related field (preferably Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management).
