Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. Boost brand awareness, lead generation, revenue growth, and efficiency. Enable marketing managers to leverage digital technology by setting targets and providing hands-on support. Collaborate with web developers to optimize customer journeys. Use data to enhance customer journeys and campaigns. Continuously experiment with innovative approaches and introduce new know-how. Requirements: Degree in business, technology, marketing or relevant apprenticeship with related work experience. Understanding of global marketing strategies. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in online marketing/e-commerce. Expertise in marketing automation tools (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and advertising toolsets (Google Ads, LinkedIn). Strong communication skills in English and a hands-on mindset. Comfortable with agile, iterative development and monitoring business impact.
