The responsibility of this team is to ensure the right implementation of the regulatory controls (SOx) and the Standards of practice issued by ING Group, and our way of working is dynamic and teamwork. Your key responsibilities : As an Internal Control Finance Specialist you will : Positively contribute to creating a risk culture in the finance team and across the bank. Ensure Risk and Control framework Methodology (RIAs, RCSAs, walkthrough, Narratives, Process Flow Chart). Complete process risk and control design reviews and testing to provide effective risk oversight. Develop adequate processes and procedures to effectively monitor and manage risk and controls. Establish and/or adopt standards to safeguard the quality of controls and documentation. Support the identification, assessment, and response to address new and emerging risks by identifying and supporting the use of appropriate tools, resources, and active participation in business initiatives. Evaluate and challenge root cause and mitigation plans. MS and policies interpretation and implementation. Monitor and support the effective implementation of the IC framework. English fluency.
