Job Title: Internal Control Finance Specialist
Join us as an Internal Control Finance Specialist, to perform the Internal Control over Financial Reporting and non-Financial Reporting monitoring within the Amadeus Group.
In this role you will: Conduct Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) testing.Support Internal Control over Non-Financial Reporting (ICSR) testing.Oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD).Provide independent assurance and advice to auditees on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and segregation of duties monitoring.Prepare and maintain the internal control manual and methodology.Participate in external auditors' review of control efficiency.Document necessary processes and procedures included in the ICFR scope, and support the ICSR scope.Follow up on action plans for issues reported to the Audit Committee by Group Internal Audit with stakeholders, ensuring internal audit practices conform to established processes and professional standards.Stay updated on new legal requirements and coordinate the effective implementation of objectives set for the internal control function.Conduct necessary training and internal control awareness sessions to build a collaborative relationship with units affected by the ICFR and ICSR scope.About the ideal candidate: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in internal or external audit, in a corporation or an audit company.Excellent financial and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships.Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of another language is beneficial.What we can offer you: A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and healthcare insurance, as well as lunch and transport allowance and other benefits.A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
