Group Global Internal Communications Associate Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Group Global Internal Communications Associate to join our growing and successful Group Communications Team. The role, based in Madrid, will report to the Group Internal Communications Senior Manager.
As a Group Global Internal Comms Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop the communications function, alongside a high performing team, drive engagement, pride and sense of belonging within all Verisure colleagues, shape and deploy high-impact global campaigns and have an active role in projects impacting all countries.

Strategic Context and Value PropositionIn this role, you will develop internal communications campaigns, plans and content to help keep our colleagues informed, inspired, and connected to the company's mission. You will be a key member of our internal communications team. Your focus will be to help develop a global internal communications strategy and support the Comms teams across our 17 countries.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute proactive and strategic communication initiatives in partnership with teams across Verisure.Understand the needs of the teams to develop and execute effective and relevant communication strategies.Leverage our current communication channels and maximize their potential.Design and execute global communications campaigns that strengthen engagement, pride and sense of belonging across our countries around diverse topics (business updates, ESG, CSR, company milestones).Skilled in interpreting and leveraging data analytics to enhance campaigns and optimize communications strategies.Help build and keep track of the editorial calendar and find synergies between the different themes during the year.Proactively search for communication opportunities with global impact and stories that can be leveraged globally.Build strong partnerships and work with the Group Communications teams as well as with teams across our geographies.Organize and execute in-person and online events.Candidate ProfileEducation and Background: 5+ years' experience working in corporate communications.Experience in coordinating projects with teams across the world, understanding cultural differences.Experience creating and turning information into content.Experience with events and logistics.Excellent English written and communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.Competencies: Can operate at the strategic corporate level but is also operational with a can-do attitude.Knows how to listen effectively, understand situations quickly, organize ideas and plans to action and deliver results.Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.Proactive, agile and flexible to work in a fast-moving organization.Team player, humble, comfortable and effective in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.The CompanyVerisure is the leading provider of professionally-monitored smart alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe, and we are growing in Latin America.
