Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan including detailed process mapping to cooperate with all departments, also for the Dealer Network Staff to let them become part of our internal ambassadors.Provide meaningful and timely information to employees online and develop new modern tools and channels as appropriate.Foster an environment of open communication and innovative atmosphere within Nissan site to build company trust and brand advocacy.Coordinate regional best practice sharing for internal communication within Nissan.Create leadership messages and conduct regular face-to-face discussions and information sessions from the top executives and with the employees.Coordinate with all areas to extend the level of business understanding for employees.Ensure a high level of employee motivation through brand experience activities and to assure a clear brand direction understanding, including Dealer Staff.Assure the coordination with HR and GPTW team, and the rest of the functions, to contribute from IC to develop proper communication campaigns to increase internal employees' trust in the organization and its goals.Restructure and maintain the Nissan Insider portal (or future other channels) to be a true engagement tool within the company:Build tools as a social media engagement platform for employees to utilize the tool as an information hub.Leverage existing and/or develop new tools and channels for IC such as newsletters, news websites, text messages, etc.Track and report the effectiveness and utilization of the IC channels and other tools created regarding employee engagement.Establish a continuing audit process to assure IC content/channels efficiency to achieve the main goal of employee engagement.Exchange relevant internal information within RBU and NE and share best practices where relevant.
