JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an Internal Communication and Employer Branding Specialist who is passionate about driving initiatives that strengthen our culture, team member engagement and employer brand positioning.
He or she will be responsible for supporting the launch and adding value to Minor Hotels' internal communication and employer branding strategy across our Europe and Americas region. Will play a key role in coordinating with teams across our region's business units, as well as liaising with our external agency and vendors. This role will coordinate the content and calendars of the various internal communication channels, including editing global newsletters and coordinating and ideating content for the employer branding social media channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Supporting the design and implementation of internal communications and employer branding initiatives and campaigns that connect our various audiences with the company's culture and strategy.
- Develop tactical and strategic campaigns to attract and retain talent through social networks and other online and offline media.
- Coordinate the update and distribution of the different internal communication materials in different formats, media and to all relevant internal targets.
- Managing and planning regional and business units content, creating and monitoring calendars and optimising internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, internal APP for Team Members, etc.).
- Managing the internal communications newsletters tool, coordinating the implementation of improvements and updates with the supplier, managing users and permissions, etc.
- Supporting the creation of internal communication campaigns for other areas within the People department, as well as other areas of the company that require our advice and development of campaigns to provide information and generate commitment to the company's various initiatives.
- Coordinate with the different business unit teams to provide strategic support for their internal communication needs and activities related to recruitment and employer branding. Coordination of internal meetings, calendars, budgets, etc. ....
- Support the launch and management of the new APP for team members. Coordination with internal and external teams involved, launch and adoption campaigns, training of key users and hotel internal communication leaders, managing the global content calendar, creating and publishing content, etc.
- Monitoring and analysing internal communication metrics on the various platforms, as well as analysing and assessing the metrics of paid media campaigns and organic content from our social media profiles in order to optimise the strategy.
EXPERIENCE This position requires a profile with at least one year of previous experience in Internal Communication, Employer Branding or Marketing roles, preferably in multinational companies.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources or related field.High level of written and spoken English.Knowledge of digital tools for internal communications and content management.Familiarity with social media management and metrics analysis.Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English.Skills in design and video editing software and art direction experience will be highly valued.
