The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Job Description:Main Functions:
Design, coordinate and develop internal communication campaigns based on corporate projects that need to be implemented internally, as well as coordinate the production of all online and offline support materials to ensure correct implementation in form and content.Implementation of the global communication strategy, adapting messages and formats to each interest group, in consonance with the global narrative.Implementation and monitoring of the global brand strategy, ensuring the correct application of the Ferrovial brand and taking care of its graphic identity.Development and production of communication and awareness materials on Safety, Health and Wellbeing and ESG matters.Writing and preparing news, articles and reports for the corporate intranet, as well as for the rest of the internal communication channels.Coordination and management of audiovisual materials, scriptwriting.Support and dynamization of current communities within collaborative internal communication tools (Office 365).Develop graphic and creative proposals for all those internal projects that require it as a service area.Management and control of the area's budget.Coordination of internal communication projects with the rest of the management areas: External Communication, Institutional Relations, Digital and Corporate Social Responsibility.Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing and Communication. Postgraduate studies in Corporate Communication will be valued.Experience: Experience is required, between 8 and 10 years, performing the tasks described above, mainly in a multinational company and/or agency.Knowledge of Office 365 tools, Adobe Package and newsletter management (email marketing).Global strategic vision.Customer orientation, communication skills, influence and flexibility.High level of English (C1).Why Ferrovial?
