The responsibility of this team is to contribute to a strong control framework within ING. You will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services, designed to add value and improve ING Bank's operations with scope in Spain & Portugal.
CAS supports the organization to accomplish its mission and objectives through a systematic, documented approach to examine, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, control, and risk (management) processes, providing value-added recommendations which improve operating effectiveness as well as controlling risks more effectively.

Your key responsibilities: As an Auditor, you will:
Support audits, which means evaluating (and testing) the control environment over different products or processes.Collaborate in auditing fieldwork: participate in interviews with stakeholders, review documents, and perform tests.Collaborate in reporting activities: at the end of each audit, help to develop an audit report that helps ING to improve its control environment and mitigate risks raised by the audit team. A bachelor's or master's degree.Excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must.Strong analytical skills.Problem-solving mindset.Well-developed cooperation and communication skills.Previous experience in auditing would be a big plus.
