The responsibility of this team is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services, designed to add value and improve ING Bank's operations with scope in Spain & Portugal.
CAS supports the organization to accomplish its mission and objectives through a systematic, documented approach to examine, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, control, and risk (management) processes, providing value-added recommendations which improve operating effectiveness as well as controlling risks more effectively.

Also, as part of a global function, the team is available to support other audit teams in different locations.
Your key responsibilities: As an Auditor, you will:
Collaborate in auditing fieldwork: you will participate in interviews with all kinds of stakeholders in the organization, review documents and perform tests. Collaborate in reporting activities: at the end of each audit, you will help to develop an audit report that helps ING to improve its control environment and mitigate risks raised by the audit team. What are we looking for? A bachelor's or master's degree. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must. Strong analytical skills. Problem-solving mindset. Well-developed cooperation and communication skills. Previous experience in auditing is a big plus. What do we offer?
