Mission Our main mission is: To keep AHE approvals and certifications, and also those shared with the mother company (SPOA, HUB) To promote continuous improvement of AHE processes and activities To assess the level of compliance of AHE activities with regards to applicable procedures and instructions To assess AHE processes maturity (PMA) To contribute to the efficacy and efficiency of process EM3-02 "To Audit" and its KPIs (and COM-18 for the mother company) Main Activities The daily activities of the internal auditor will be: Contacting with auditees, defining the scope and the agenda of the audit, studying all the applicable requirements and documentation, etc. Performing audits in situ (visits, interviews, witness activities, collection and analysis of evidences, etc.) Leading audit meetings (opening meetings, closure meetings) Elaborating reports (describing and classifying findings, proposing improvement actions) Follow up the resulting corrective actions Managing planned actions database (CARGLASS) Periodically reminding action owners Evaluating effectiveness of implemented actions Member of process EM3-02 "To Audit" Contributing to process KPIs Contributing to periodical meetings, reports and dashboards Contributing to the elaboration and updating of procedures, instructions and forms Contributing to continuous improvement of process with special projects/actions/ideas To represent AHE Quality Organization during external audits Professional Experience 3 years experience in aeronautical sector. Experience in industrial activities (assembly/maintenance) will be valued. Experience in quality/aviation safety will be valued. Experience in audits will be valued.
