Internal Auditor (QMS/ISO) - Lucena, QuezonCalmar Land Development Corporation – Lucena City, Calabarzon
Conduct internal audits under the supervision of the Internal Audit Team Leader, which may be operational or compliance-related. This involves the review of the organization's policies, procedures, processes, files, and documentation to determine their alignment with the existing organizational and regulatory requirements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES Survey functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the sufficiency of the control system for achieving established objectives.Determine or assist in determining the direction and focus of the proposed audit activity and the audit techniques to be used.Participate in planning the theory and scope of the audit and assists in preparing an audit program.Identify the system's key control points.Conduct audit in a professional manner in compliance with the approved audit program.Obtain, analyze, and appraise data in order to produce an informed, objective opinion about the system's appropriateness and effectiveness, as well as the efficiency with which activities under review are carried out.Make or assist in giving oral or written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the examination.Prepare written reports, as requested, based on criteria for giving an oral or written presentation on the system's adequacy and effectiveness, as well as efficiency with which activities are carried out.Evaluate or assist in evaluating the suitability of the corrective action taken to correct the deficient condition and preventive action to eliminate any cause(s) to improve the organization's workflow or situation.Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related course
Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience in basic internal auditing
With good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsWith strong background in QMS and/or ISOProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
