Multinational manufacturing business is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to be based in Spain or Portugal. The Manager will come from a Big 4 background, ideally with internal audit experience, and will be hired to manage a team of auditors on the assignments. The business has grown rapidly through acquisitions and organic growth, becoming a leading presence in what is a niche manufacturing sector, with revenues growing to over £5 billion and acquisitions helping to diversify the business.An Audit Manager is required to bring financial expertise and leadership to the team. With a predominant focus on financial audits along with an emerging focus on data analytics, a strong technical background and an open mind to emerging risks is required. A background in the Big 4 with clients who have operated in the production sector is key. ACA or ACCA is a clear requirement, as is the ability to travel.The opportunities after 2-3 years in audit are growing, and there is a track record of successful rotation into finance functions globally.
