The Team: The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is part of global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.
The Role: As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Senior Global Marketing Performance Manager to gain hands-on experience in supporting marketing planning. You will be responsible for maintaining planning boards and dashboards, supporting the team in facilitating workshops, assisting in managing and contributing insights as part of the planning review and optimisation cycle.
The work you'll do: Annual Marketing Planning Support: Supporting the team in facilitating input workshops, migrating planning data to and from Monday.com and ensuring data quality and accuracy is maintained. Planning review cadence support: Assist the Senior Global Marketing Performance Manager in managing review cycles, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and facilitating planning review meetings. Monday.com planning boards: Assist the Senior Global Marketing Performance Manager in actioning planning board updates and monitoring correct usage by cross-functional teams. Monday.com Dashboards and Visualisations: Assist in maintaining dashboards, and actioning new visualization requests. Contribute to the analysis of scheduled activities, contribute to activity execution and performance reporting, and provide recommendations for improvement. Data alignment - work closely with the Analytics & Insights team to ensure cross-platform data alignment, and escalate any discrepancies to the Senior Global Marketing. The qualifications you need: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months). Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clear communication skills, pro-actively working with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to gather and interpret data.
