Intake: November 2024 onwards KITCHEN - RESPONSIBILITIES ? Assist in food preparation and cooking, including chopping, marinating, and applying various techniques according to standard recipes. ? Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure proper food storage. ? Support chefs in plating, presentation, and kitchen station setup and breakdown. ? Engage in training and development to enhance cooking skills, while observing and learning from experienced chefs. ?
